Zamboanga Sibugay is privy to the innovative education delivery; however, much need to be looked into in terms of training teachers in the design of RBI/TBI instructional materials. Teachers have to be capacitated because this is a new genre of teaching delivery. Choosing of materials is crucial to come-up with an effective learning episodes either on radio or TV. Since this school year is the time to trail blaze on other learning delivery options, it is imperative to provide teachers with the necessary KSVA (Knowledge, Skills, Values and Attitudes) to prosper in this new academic year. It is through this division webinar that training on RBI/TBI instructional designs is to be laid down, discussed, and brainstormed in order to come up with appropriate, realistic and explicit learning designs.
