Hiring of non-teaching personnel to decongest teachers’ ancillaries
September 8, 2020| by: Renz Roy A. Ramos

The Division of Zamboanga Sibugay calls for applicants for non-teaching positions to be hired in the schools starting this school year.  These non-teaching personnel will be distributed across the Division to help ease school operation.

Public school teachers can now expect lesser administrative workloads with the hiring of non-teaching staff to perform clerical, financial, and other non-teaching related jobs. This move is expected to attain efficiency and quality of work for each school that may be assigned items for non-teaching.  Teachers would be expected to quality education and concentrate on teaching-learning as their main accountability.

Interested applicants may submit their application address to the Schools Division Superintendent Dr. Jeanelyn A. Aleman, CESO VI through the Personnel Section.

The Department of Education Central Office is also in continuous talks with the Department of Budget and Management to grant the agency more non-teaching personnel to be deployed in schools.
